Description:Xavier Rudd’s song “Home” comes from his latest album Dark Shades of Blue. The Australian singer songwriter makes use of guitars, including, slide guitar and lap steel, didgeridoo, and stompbox, often playing several instruments within a single song. In his latest album, Rudd has created a more electric sound. When Rudd played his live set at the Paste Studios, his song “Home” had a sound far different from the album recording, which features ambient sound from outdoors and additional instrumentation.
