Pedro the Lion's New Album

David Bazan and crew have just completed working on Pedro the Lion's follow-up to 2002's critically acclaimed Control. The new CD, Achilles' Heel, is slated for release May 25, 2004 (Available for pre-order March 23). A vinyl version will also be available.

Longtime Bazan collaborators TW Walsh and Casey Foubert (Seldom) were joined by multi-instrumentalist/percussive powerhouse James McAlister (Ester Drang) as the group spent a month working on the album at its home studio in Washington state.
