In conjunction with The Conscious Alliance—a non-profit dedicated to feeding the hungry locally and nationally through music, art and athletics—Phil Lesh & Friends have announced a three-day holiday toy drive at the group's upcoming shows, scheduled for Friday, Dec. 17 thru Sunday, Dec. 19 at San Fransisco's Warfield Theater.
As part of the 2nd Annual Conscious Alliance Toy Drive, toys donated at the Phil & Friends show will benefit Toys for Tots in the San Francisco Bay Area. Patrons who donate at least one unwrapped toy ($10 value or greater) will receive a free Phil & Friends Toy Drive Poster donated by rock artist Michael Everett.
Donation bins will be located outside the venue's main entrance. Most-needed toys include sporting goods, dolls, art supplies and musical instruments. For those unable to attend the Phil & Friends shows at The Warfield, unwrapped toys can be sent directly to:
