It’s not every young crooner with a guitar who can out-emote Dolly Parton on the country legend’s own “Jolene,” but even Parton gives Smith her due on the young Long Island native’s first single. Amazingly, it’s not even the best song on One Moment More—Smith’s own “Come To Jesus” was among the best from any genre this year.
