With this its sophomore effort, everyone’s favorite multicolored-robe-sporting Dallas-based 23-tet greatly improved on its original idea of making the world a better place through symphonic pop rock. And now the Spree is playing the Nobel ceremony, which makes sense—if there was a Nobel Peace Prize for Rock ’n’ Roll, Tim Delaughter and company would win in a soul-stirring cakewalk.
