In the spring of 2006, Christopher O'Riley will release Home to Oblivion: An Elliott Smith Tribute, a collection of the virtuoso pianist's interpretations of tunes by the late singer/songwriter.
O'Riley has over 60 of Smith's concerts on his iPod, and based his interpretations of the songs on his personal transcriptions of Smith's recorded output. O'Riley's latest release, Hold Me to This: Christopher Riley plays Radiohead, is currently charting on Billboard Classical.
