Death Cab for Cutie's new album Plans debuted this week at #4 on the Billboard 200 chart. This is the Seattle-based band's highest-charting album in its career.
Additionally, the group has announced details of a Hurricane Katrina benefit show. Tentatively planned for Sep. 21 at Seattle venue The Showbox, the show will also include opening act Harvey Danger.
