Chip Taylor Prepares New 2-Disc Solo Album

Singer/songwriter Chip Taylor will release his new two-disc solo album, Unglorious Hallelujah and Red Red Rose and Other Songs of Love, Pain, and Destruction on July 18.

The two-CD set will be Taylor's first solo release in six years, and will feature backing musicians such as John Platania, Anton Fig and Taylor's recent recording partner, Carrie Rodriguez, on backing vocals.
