Thanks to America's new favorite pastime, MySpace.com, a traveling independent film and music festival will soon be under way.
The Bside Roadshow has nine stops scheduled in eight cities during the month of June, and the stops include both a short and feature film, as well as performances by regional MySpace bands. Some feature films showing at the festival are Before the Music Dies, Quality of Life and The Outdoorsman: Blood, Sweat and Beers.
Created by the collaborative efforts of MySpace, independent-film distributor Bside Entertainment and festival consultants Right Angle Studios, the Bside Roadshow will begin June 4 with a free show in Austin, Texas.
