Indigo Girls Sign with Hollywood Records

Almost 20 years since their debut, Strange Fire, Grammy-winning duo The Indigo Girls have signed with Hollywood Records.

Duo members Amy Ray and Emily Saliers are currently recording in Los Angeles with producer Mitchell Froom (Paul McCartney, Elvis Costello, Sheryl Crow).

The as-yet-untitled Indigo Girls record is due Sept. 19. Ray and Saliers are expected to preview the new material during a July tour.
