Elvis Costello Covers Weeds Theme Song

When Showtime series Weeds starts its second season Aug. 14, the familiar “Little Boxes” theme song by Melvina Reynolds will be performed by a new voice. In fact, each show will feature a different artist covering the opening song.

Death Cab For Cutie, Regina Spektor, Elvis Costello and Jenny Lewis will all take a stab at the tune.

Other artists set to cover "Little Boxes" include:

Tom Maxwell and Ken Mosher of Squirrel Nut Zippers
