Mountain Jam To Jam For Three Days In 2007

Coachella isn’t the only music festival experiencing some expansion this year. Mountain Jam will also be extended from two to three days in 2007, festival co-producers Warren Haynes and Radio Woodstock announced last week.

Featuring performances by Umphrey’s McGee, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Ozomatli, and Haynes’ own Gov’t Mule (among others), the festival will be held June 1st-3rd 2007 at Hunter Mountain in Hunter, N.Y., which has hosted the event since the inaugural jam in 2005.

Tickets officially go on sale Friday, February 23rd at 10 AM EST. Check out Mountain Jam’s official website for ticket prices and other information, including rates for camping and lodging in the area. Music fans that can’t make it to the fest can still get in on the action via Radio Woodstock’s live broadcasts of the performances. Hudson Valley residents can tune in to WDST at 100.1 FM, and the rest of the world can hear it via RadioWoodstock.com.
