Ann Wilson Star-studded Solo Album Out in September

Jeepers, there are a ton of guests on Ann Wilson of Heart’s first solo effort. Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Elton John! Ms. Alison Krauss! Ms. Gretchen Wilson! Mr. Rufus Wainwright! Shawn Colvin! k.d. Lang! Ann’s sister, Nancy! So many! They could start a celebrity guest-star basketball team!

Called Hope & Glory, the album will be out September 11 on Zoë/ Rounder Records. It’s full of classic '60s rock and folk-rock covers, songs Wilson has said keep “her up at night to the point of exasperation.” Well then!
