Diana Krall to Release Best of

After releasing 11 albums in 14 years, Grammy award-winning jazz artist Diana Krall has decided it is time for The Very Best of Diana Krall, which Verve Music Group plans to release on Sept. 18. This is one of those rare instances when such a compilation actually makes sense (for contrast, see last year’s Best of t.A.t.U).

The album features bits and pieces from six of her past records (more studio albums than t.A.t.U. has released, including the duo's Best of (okay, enough of that)). A few covers (Frank Sinatra, Tom Waits) are sprinkled around as well.
