Guilt-rock: A confessional list

We’ve all got guilty pleasures. We’re all a little nostalgic for the cheesy songs we loved in middle school. We all liked Duran Duran at some point. We all know every word to Lisa Loeb’s “Stay.” We all go to American Idol chat rooms with screen names like “PopPr!ncess1982” and sleep in oversized Tim McGraw T-shirts… right? (Right?!?!)

I enlisted the help of the Paste staff on this one. Enjoy this playlist of some of our favorite guilty pleasures. Rest assured, we’re not playing the irony card here (The Spin Doctors are such tools, it’s like they circled lame all the way back to cool again!) We genuinely like these songs, though we do feel mildly embarrassed about it.
