Last Friday the legendary Bo Diddley--famous for his beat-up and unusually rectangular guitar--suffered a heart attack during a check-up and was immediately taken to the emergency room.
After being fitted with a stent to help blood flow to his heart, he was moved from intensive care and is listed in stable condition.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer also suffered from a stroke last May. Diddley has charmed audiences for over five decades with songs like "Who Do You Love?" and "Mona." We wish the Originator nothing but the best--and that he keeps racking up those lifetime achievement awards.
