Caribou season, usually limited to the Northernmost expanses of this world, will be enjoyed by other regions of the hemisphere when Daniel V. Snaith, who plays music under the aforementioned reindeerish moniker, sets forth in September - with a band from his home province, Ontario - to snowbird hideaways like Florida and Louisiana.

Touring with Toronto natives Born Ruffians, Snaith and company (formerly known as Manitoba) are out to promote Andorra, Caribou’s latest release on Merge. It is a goal he shares with us at Paste, who have dubbed Caribou our Band of the Week.
