Paste goes backstage at ACL with Cold War Kids

At Austin City Limits this year, there weren't many places that provided air conditioning, comfortable seating and expensive water. Luckily, we managed to avoid most of the nonsense in order to sit down and speak with some of the festival's finest talent.

One of those interviews was with one of our favorite young rock bands, the Cold War Kids, who (judging by the intro of our tape) may or may not have Attention Deficit Disorder. Then again, we were probably all affected by the sun. At any rate, you can see them talk about their upcoming album and what's happening with them since The White Stripes (who the Kids were opening for on the Stripes' tour) cancelled the rest of their gigs for the year below.
