Timbaland to appear on One Life to Live

Timbaland may not have no Visa and no American Express, as he proclaims in his latest song “The Way I Are,” but what he does have is a sweet gig on One Life to Live. Having already topped the charts via successful collaborations with Justin Timberlake and Nelly Furtado, he is now taking it to the daytime small screen.

Timbaland is scheduled to appear on the soap with his “The Way I Are” partner Keri Hilson on Oct. 9, and he couldn’t be more excited, releasing a statement saying that he’s “looking forward to having a great time and sharing [his] music.” Although it might seem strange for this rapper/producer genius to be making a daytime debut, he is actually in good company. Mary J. Blige and Erykah Badu have both previously performed on the show. Check out ABC for more information as the date approaches.
