Eminem is Live in New York City

For all you devout Marshall Mathers fans distraught over the “retirement” of Mr. Slim Shady, we are happy to report that the rapper has been filming again. Luckily, this time he is far away from the Hollywood sound stages that produced 8 Mile. Instead of another movie, Eminem will be releasing a live DVD of his 2005 performance at Madison Square Garden.

Set to come out Nov. 13, Mathers’ Live in New York City will feature appearances from D12, Obie Trice, and Stat Quo. You can also catch the real Slim Shady performing his overly possessive hits like “My Name Is”, and “My Band”, along with covers of Dr. Dre’s “Nuthin But A G Thing” and Snoop Dogg’s “Lodi Dodi."

Tired of the old Eminem songs? Well, just be vigilant, because as we have previously reported, the Detroit rapper has been working on new material under his label, Shady Records.
