Hold Steady repackaging Boys and Girls with Fingerprints

If you’re shy one hip t-shirt from missing out on the Hold Steady’s particularly-limited-edition Live at Fingerprints EP goodie bundle earlier this year, too bad. You can hunt around web auctions, or lend an ear to the seductive calls of sketchy street mongers, but don’t be surprised if you end up with an 8XL top with the neckhole sewn shut and a lot of bizarre misspellings in the lyric-centric design.

However, there’s no reason to completely give up on being a completist, even if that is just how you operate. The Live at Fingerprints EP itself, plus bonus tracks, will be included with the special UK edition of Boys and Girls in America. So, give your old record to a younger cousin and find a USA-only album to trade with a Brit friend, and the sad times will make way for massive highs.
