It seems like fall is always an appropriate time for a hay ride, but have you ever heard of a basket ride? We haven't, but perhaps Michael Nau, lead singer of Page France, will help define the term in his upcoming side project.
In early 2008, Nau will release Paranoid Cocoon under the alias of The Cotton Jones Basket Ride. For all you eager beavers that just can’t wait that long, Nau will be selling a limited edition six-song EP complete with handmade booklet at his live shows, as well as via his label, Quite Scientific.
Nau is also working on a 7-inch called Lovely Day, I Guess, but no release date is set.
