Details have just been announced for this year's fifth annual International 46664 Concert, to be held in Johannesburg, South Africa on Dec. 1.

Named after Nelson Mandela's former prison number, the all-day event brings a variety of artists together at Johannesburg's Ellis Park Stadium. This year's lineup includes Peter Gabriel, Annie Lennox, Ludacris, Corinne Bailey Rae, Razorlight and Goo Goo Dolls. Dozens of other international acts are expected to join the roster in the coming weeks.

The 46664 Concert began in 2003 as Mandela's way to mark World AIDS Day and raise awareness about the disease responsible for 47% of all deaths in South Africa. That first concert, featuring members of Queen, U2 and the Eurythmics, led to the development of a campaign and non-profit organization of the same name. Corporate partners such as Coca-Cola and the Kaiser Family Foundation have made major annual donations to 46664 for educational and HIV-outreach support.
