Pipettes postpone start of tour

If any of you have ever had to go live in another country for an extended period of time then you might be able to sympathize with The Pipettes’ current situation. They were scheduled to kick off their North American tour today in Chicago, but due to a delay in their visa paperwork the neo-pop girls are stranded in the UK.

The tour will now begin on Oct. 25 in L.A. at the Echoplex which means that the make up dates for the shows that have been pushed back are still up in the air. It does look like The Pipettes will definitely be rescheduling their performances in Chicago, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Toronto, Montreal, Boston, Philadelphia, New York City, Baltimore, Atlanta, Austin and Denver. As for the rest of the cities, much like the girl group, we’ll just have to wait and see.
