Delta Spirit tour in full swing

The Delta Spirit can cross off "put out record," "perform at a magazine/blog party" and "tour like hell" from its New Year's resolution list. The group, set to release its debut Ode to Sunshine later this year, has already opened for Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Dr. Dog and Cold War Kids.

The band also graced the Paste and Stereogum Dell Lounge at SXSW 2008. Catch the song "Trashcan" here.
