Iggy Pop, X, Jenny Lewis and more get down with puppets

Remember that time R.E.M. was on Sesame Street and how cool it was? Of course you do, and if you don’t want to admit it, here’s a reminder:

In any case, if you can’t get enough of your favorite rockers rocking out with puppets, then don’t miss Pancake Mountain. What is it, exactly? Well, we’re not quite sure, but it seems all of our favorite indie musicians given their songs over to the furry people to make them happy.

In a new DVD that collects the ninth and tenth episodes of the show, performers such as Iggy Pop, X, Built to Spill, and Jenny Lewis (who’s no stranger to performing with weird puppets) show up to share the puppet love.
