Tis the season for music festivals. And while it might be easy to associate these these rock-infused bacchanalias with the summer months, they extend well into the breezy autumn as well. Case in point, Austin City Limits, which kicks off its seventh year on Friday, September 26.
A schedule of the lineup, which inclues the likes of Vampire Weekend, Okkervil River and Gnarls Barkley,
is now available online. As always, there is quite a bit of overlap, so
start making your tentative schedule now. The hardest choice for our money? That would be when Robert Plant & Alison Krauss and Beck take the stage simultaneously on Saturday night. Oof!

Agree about the Plant/Krauss vs. Beck problem, but after being blown away by the amazing Plant/Krauss show this week in NY, my choice is easier. I must see it again. For me, the real problem is the Raconteurs vs. Gnarls Barkley at the exact same time. aaaaaah!
