Lykke Li set for North American tour

Ah, Sweden. Land of multi-purpose knives, supermodels, and a perennially infectious pop music scene (among other things).

But in reference to the last item on that list, the country offers a smorgasboard (Swedish for buffet!) of talented artists to choose from, most recent of which is Lykke Li, the songstress from Stockholm whose debut CD, Youth Novels, has already garnered praise across the globe.

After a sold-out American tour this past spring with El Perro Del Mar, Lykke is back for more. She'll be headling a tour throughout North America, starting with August appearances in New York and L.A. and wrapping up in November in San Francisco.
