If you were at the Sasquatch! festival over Memorial Day weekend, you probably saw actor Rainn Wilson introduce a band. Or you bumped into him as you were wandering from the Wookie! Stage to the Yeti! Stage. Or maybe you saw him get into a tumble-on-the-ground fist fight with the dude selling 24 oz. cans of Coors Light for $12.
Turns out he was there promoting his upcoming film, The Rocker, which hits theaters on August 1. Paste's deputy editor, Jason Killingsworth, managed to corner Wilson in a Port-O-Potty and solicit his thoughts on the festival, growing up in Washington State, his giddy excitement over finally getting to see Whitesnake live, and which indie rockers are getting a little too big for their britches.As promised, here is a video clip of their conversation:
