Dustin Diamond to pen Saved By the Bell tell-all

Oh no he didn't.

It was recently announced that Dustin Diamond, perhaps better known as his alter-ego Samuel "Screech" Powers, will pen a Saved By the Bell tell-all, entitled Behind the Bell, and ghostwritten by Alan Goldsher.

Maybe it's just us, but aside from the occasional make-out session, we never took Bayside to be a very juicy setting for scandal. But perhaps we were wrong. According to a Vulture article, the book "promises to detail 'sexual escapades among cast members, drug use, and hardcore partying.'"

We're mostly just hoping Mr. Belding's off-camera activity doesn't fall into any of those categories.

What can we say? We're so excited, we're so excited, we're so...scared!
