Jon Heder to star in Loudermilk

Ever since he first graced our screens in 2004 as the frizzy haired, bespectacled teenager with an affinity for Jamiroquai and moonboots, Jon Heder has held a special place in our DVD collections, and, moreover, our hearts.

Although his roles since then haven't placed him quite as prominently in the spotlight as Napoleon, he has slowly been building up a cache of comedic gems.

Next up is Loudermilk, where Heder will once again be in the starring role. The film casts him as an (surprise, surprise) oddball character that gains superpowers after coming across some sort of contaminated substance.

The movie will also be a family affair. Heder's twin brother Dan and elder brother Doug will produce through Greasy Entertainment, their production company.

A release date is unknown, but we're more curious about this mystery contaminated substance. Perhaps the lovely raw egg drink seen in Napoleon Dynamite will make a comeback? Actually, check that, we rather it didn't.
