Kinks frontman Ray Davies tours in July

You have to wonder about a press release quoting The Onion in earnest. Quotes taken out of context (and a B+ from the A.V. Club) aside, Kinks frontman Ray Davies' new solo album Working Man's Cafe follows his 2006 debut solo album Other People's Lives with an acoustic tour to boot.

Catch him while you can in one of the following cities:

July
11 - Ottawa, Ontario @ Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest
13 - Winnipeg, Manitoba @ Winnipeg Folk Festival
14 - Calgary, Alberta @ Jack Singer Hall
15 - Edmonton, Alberta @ Francis Winspear Centre for Music
18 - Portland, Ore. @ Crystal Ballroom
19 - Seattle, Wash. @ Showbox SoDo
22 - Anaheim, Calif. @ The Grove of Anaheim
