As Wii Fanboy reported, the change presumably allowed the assumed rating to become an E (suitable for everyone), but Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal has now made his views public that he believes the E rating will encouraging underage drinking, continuing the controversy of the game.
For now, it seems as though the game is moving forward. And typically, at worst, alcohol references will earn a game a T (for teen) rating from the ESRB. And if nothing else, the screenshots from the game so far seem to hint that the game has a serious shot of bringing back jorts. So there’s that. It appears to be a cross between an '80s fraternity party and a modern-day hipster get-together gone awry.
