Oasis does a remix, Liam Gallagher picks a fight

| | Comments (3)
In the midst of the Oasis/Jay-Z feud, Liam Gallagher stays on the assault, this time taking a shot at Coldplay and Radiohead fans stating bluntly that they're "boring and ugly." All of this drama comes just months before the release of Dig Out Your Soul, Oasis' seventh album, and the release of the band's first-ever remix, "The Shock of the Lightning."

So, uh, does anyone smell media attention desperation?
Due Oct. 6, Dig Out Your Soul will feature a Chemical Brothers remix of "Falling Down," and will hopefully please the ever-attractive fans of Oasis. The single, "The Shock of the Lightning," will see it's radio debut Aug. 15, followed by the official release on Sept. 29. Maintaining his notorious rant reputation, Liam had this to say about the new album, "buy it or don't fucking buy it, I'm not mithered either way."

As for his feelings towards Coldplay and Radiohead, Liam made it clear, "I don't hate them. I don't wish they had accidents. I think their fans are boring and ugly and they don't look like they're having a good time."

why does the media keep giving them press? when is the last time they had a single that was relevant!? coldplay/radiohead fans are boring and ugly? maybe. but also intelligent and deeper than this shallow, arrogant "rock" "star". quit picking fights and write a song that matters.

they're still quite relevant in the rest of the world, mainly since their last album. I and they probably don't care if they get a hit in the US. the US mainstream radio is crap and doesn't gain much respect. why do they give him press?? cause he's hilarious.

sadly, radiohead had more creativity in their fecal matter than oasis has in their whole band. i guess it doesn't really matter anyway since it's only a matter of time before the gallagher brothers start fighting and oasis breaks up again.
