Paris Hilton announces run for Presidency

Apparently “one of the most famous celebrities in the world,” Paris Hilton recently announced plans for her own run for the White House.

Hilton's sudden declaration comes in reaction to a recent campaign video produced by Presidential candidate John McCain’s camp. The ad, released last week, dismisses opponent Barack Obama’s leadership skills by aligning him with the socialite, and, her likewise wayward paparazzi target, Britney Spears. The commercial caused an uproar in the political scape and now Paris hopes to turn all that buzz into a worthy platform for her own campaign for the Presidency. No doubt, a case of Democrazy taken to the ORLY factor.

Now exclusively streaming on Funny or Die, Hilton's reponse video mocks political hopeful  and "old white-haired dude," John McCain, grouping him with supposed generational equals The Golden Girls, Larry King and The Crypt Keeper. Viewers also learn the best place to tan (Maui) and get a peak into Hilton’s platform energy policy—a hybridizing concept to allow offshore drilling with environmental oversight to ease the price at the pump and to help fund alternative energy initiatives. Our new favorite quote? "See you at the polls, bitches!"
