  • Randall Bramlett CD release party with New West Records @ Hard Rock Cafe -- 5:30 p.m. Part of the Georgia Music Hall of Fame's "Live at Five" series. The Athens group celebrates their August release Now It's Tomorrow.
  • Ponderosa (L), Death On Two Wheels (L), All Get Out, The Redcoats (L), Natalie Warner, Owen Beverly @ Smith's Olde Bar (Upstairs) -- 7:30 p.m., $10. Charleston, S.C. rockers All Get Out are supposed to have an astonishing live show. Definitely worth checking out! Part of the Atlantis Music Conference & Festival
  • Hope For Agoldensummer, Liz Durrett, Tin Cup Prophette @ The Earl -- 9 p.m., $7. The best in Athens songstresses come to the ATL. Don't miss it if inventive lyricism/instrumentation and lovely female vocals are your thing!

  • Golgotha World Premiere @ Plaza Theatre -- 8 p.m., $8 (cash only). It's quasi-silent. It's noveau-German-Expressionist. It's black and white. It's about an evil sorceress. It was shot around Georgia. Need we say more?
