Paste:Local launches in New York City and Chicago

Right on the heels Paste:Local Atlanta, we're excited to welcome Paste:Local New York City and Paste:Local Chicago into the fold. These fine towns boast more than enough goings-on in the world of music, film and culture to keep our local editors and writers busy, bringing you the best in local live music, album releases, cultural events, film festivals, art, food and more.

In Chicago, we've already caught Ezra Furman & the Harpoons at Schubas, admired the artistic talents (and, yes, lack thereof) of Drag City musicians and parsed the latest offering from longtime local favorites Dianogah. (Plus, Local Editor Althea Legaspi ran her first 10K, all in the name of Fall Out Boy Paste:Local!)

Up in New York town, we've chatted with Saul Williams and My Brightest Diamond's Shara Worden on what living in NYC has meant to them, and delved into the collective psyche of Frances, our local Band of the Week.

And that's just a taste of what's to come, so keep reading and stay tuned. Paste:Local just might be coming soon to a city near you.
