Win a spot at Paste:Local Chicago's 11/20 Knob Creek tasting

Let's face it, the weather around here has been ridiculously chilly, and while most of us are not quite ready to don our winter gear, we can all cozy up with one of the season's best warming liquids: sweet, sweet bourbon. Whether you're a novice to the Kentucky-bred whiskey, or a connoisseur, you're sure to learn about the varieties and complexities of small batch bourbon-- and have a whole lot of fun-- at Paste:Local Chicago's upcoming Knob Creek tasting event.

The Whiskey Professor for Knob Creek Bourbon will be on-hand to enlighten attendees about all things bourbon. Light appetizers will be served, along with CD and Paste magazine giveaways.

The first five people, 21+ only, who respond to chicago@pastemagazine.com, with "Knob Creek Paste:Local Tasting" in the subject line will be invited with a guest to join in the festivities. Please provide your name, contact information and date of birth in the body of the email. Valid IDs and a printed confirmation of the winning email response will be required to enter.

The Paste:Local Chicago Knob Creek tasting takes place on Thursday, November 20th, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Carmichael's Steak House. All entrants and all guests must be 21+ to enter the event.
