Andrew Bird adds tour dates, NPR streams Noble Beast

Andrew Bird's new disc, Noble Beast, won't be released until Jan. 20 (on Fat Possum Records) but that isn't stopping NPR from streaming the CD early on its site (with permission, of course). The preview is NPR's fourth installment of its Exclusive First Listen series which has also featured Bob Dylan, Neil Young and Paul McCartney.

Check out Bird's album now, not to mention M. Ward's new disc Hold Time in its entirety before its Feb. 17 release date.
