Brooklyn's Bishop Allen has a new LP, Grrr..., set for a March 10 release on Dead Oceans.

Bishop Allen, a Paste Band of the Week alum, is led by frontmen Justin Rice and Christian Rudder. In addition to writing the album, Rice and Rudder also perform on guitars, pianos, marimbas and ukeleles and share vocals with Darbie Nowatka. Other contributors on the album include Michael Tapper (drums and percussion), Daniel Hart (strings) and Jon Natchez and Kelly Pratt (horns).

Grrr... follows The Broken String (2007), the EP-a-month project (2006) and Charm School (2003).

In support of the 13-track album, Bishop Allen will embark on a U.S. tour in March and head over to Europe in April. More dates to be announced soon.
