Gliss kicks off U.S. tour tonight

To support its upcoming album, Devotion Implosion, L.A. rock trio Gliss has announced dates for the next three months, including a two-day, five-stop stint at Austin's SXSW. The tour begins tonight in San Francisco at the Cafe Du Nord.

Don't see your location of choice? According to the band's MySpace page, more U.S. and Canada dates are coming soon. And for what it's worth, a Gliss show is very entertaining, as all three members constantly trade instruments in between songs.

The sophomore album, which marks a significant change and more colorful step forward from the very dark (albeit good) debut, Love the Virgins, hits stores April 7.
