Bill Callahan Kicks Off Club Tour in June

April 22, 2009  |  1:30pm
Singer-songwriter/folkie Bill Callahan, whom you may know also know as Smog, has announced a June tour in support of his new album, Sometimes I Wish We Were An Eagle.

Callahan, who got his start in the late '80s and early '90s purposefully recording his out-of-tune songs on homemade albums, has released more than a dozen albums on the Drag City label. But it was in 2007 when he dropped the "Smog" moniker, after releasing Woke on a Whaleheart as Bill Callahan.
