Conor Oberst and The Mystic Valley Band to release documentary

A new documentary chronicling the excursions of Conor Oberst and The Mystic Valley Band over the past 18 months is set for an online release April 15. One Of My Kind - The Story of The Mystic Valley Band, made by the band's guitar tech, Phil Schaffart, was donated to Causecast and will be available for free streaming and download on several sites in the hope that fans will donate to Causecast's charitable organizations.

The hour-long documentary will be available on Causecast.org, IFC.com, ConorOberst.com, MergeRecords.com and Wichita-Recordings.com.

In addition to the new film, the band is also coming out with new music. The band's next release, Outer South, is set to hit shelves May 5. The song "Nikorette" from Outer South is now available for free download on Oberst's website .
