Coldplay to Give Away Live CD For Free at Shows

To show their appreciation for those fans who attend their Viva La Vida North American tour, Coldplay will be giving away a live CD, LeftRightLeftRightLeft, for free at every show (excluding festivals) on the band's upcoming Summer tour.

And if that's not enough, the nine-track CD will be available as a free download as well at Coldplay.com, starting this Friday, May 15, the first date of the North American trek.

This is not the band's first free giveaway. Before the release of Viva La Vida, the British quartet gave away "Violet Hill" for free, a single off the album, for one week only.
