Ken Watanabe and Tom Hardy Join Nolan's Inception

According to /Film, Inception will add and reunite Batman Begins' star Ken Watanabe with director Christopher Nolan, as well as actor Tom Hardy, who recently won acclaim at Sundance for playing the title role in Bronson. Watanabe will play Inception’s villain, a man that blackmails Leonardo DiCaprio’s character. Hardy will play a member of DiCaprio's team along with Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

Inception's cast has been steadily growing over the last month with Ellen Page, Marion Cotillard, and Cillian Murphy joining the tightly-under-wraps film about the "architecture of the mind" in early April. More recently, Michael Caine and Gordon-Levitt hopped aboard. Inception will begin production this summer, and is scheduled to hit theaters on July 2010.
