New Twitter Feature Allows File Sharing

Our apologies to Mark Zuckerberg, but Twitter is pretty much taking over the world. It seems like everyone is tweeting through life (sometimes, perhaps just a little too intensely), and the site has served as inspiration for both film and television. And the list of possibilities is growing.

In addition to allowing users to upload photos and videos to accompany their 140-character updates, Twitter will now allow file sharing with its FileTwt feature. Users can upload any file (up to 20MB) to share with the Twitter world. Simply by creating a FileTwt account, tweeters can narrow their audience, and select which users are privileged enough to see their files and related comments.
