Todd Snider Embarks on a Tour for Hard Times

When Todd Snider announced The Excitement Plan, he made it clear that this was an album for troubled economic times. Following the record's June 9 release, Snider has kicked off a tour to bring his message across the country.

Snider just wrapped up a spot at Bonnaroo and is continuing on his way. He even plans to reunite with his '90s outfit, the the Nervous Wrecks, in Memphis. Although that show, dubbed Todd Snider's Nervous Wrextacular, is sure to be extra-awesome, the rest of the tour promises to serve as a good old-fashioned escape from all those serious things we've got on our minds these days.
