Bravo and Sarah Jessica Parker Audition Artists For Reality Television Show

This weekend, New York gallery White Columns hosted the last of four national casting calls for Bravo's latest and currently-untitled vocational smackdown, which will pit aspiring artists against one another as they compete to make it in the art world. Hundreds of hopeful artists, their hands juggling resumes, portfolios, paintings and sculptures, lined up Saturday and Sunday to audition for the new program. Magical Elves, the production company behind Project Runway and Top Chef, has teamed up with Sarah Jessica Parker to launch the reality show.

This is one of a couple of projects in the works from Parker's budding production company Pretty Matches. Their D.C.-based comedy Washingtonienne, inspired by Jessica Cutler's book about the scandalous conquests of a young woman on Capitol Hill, launched with an HBO pilot earlier this year.
