Though Diablo Cody's name is currently auto-associated with the cutesy wit of the Juno screenplay, that could soon change. With the release of the not-safe-for-work trailer of her new horror flick Jennifer's Body, Cody is clearly taking her career in a new, bloodier direction.
Starring Megan Fox of Transformers infamy, the plot follows the boy-killings of demon-possessed cheerleader Jennifer and the struggles of her best friend, played by Amanda Seyfried of Mamma Mia! fame, who tries to stop the bloodshed—without being killed herself.
As a bonus, within the trailer are details about the soundtrack, which will include tracks from Panic! At The Disco, White Lies, All Time Low, Dashboard Confessional, Silversun Pickups, Cobra Starship and Little Boots.
