Levon Helm's Ramble at the Ryman to Air on PBS

Levon Helm has, in recent years, found success hosting Midnight Ramble Sessions, nights of live music at his barn in Woodstock, N.Y. Last September, Helm took his jam session to the big stage at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium, accompanied by noteworthy pals Buddy Miller, John Hiatt, Sheryl Crow and Sam Bush.

The concert, Ramble at the Ryman, was filmed in high-definition and will be aired on PBS in August (dates vary by local listings). The group covered a repertoire rooted deep in the American songbook, including many songs from Helm's time in The Band.
